Biodiversity litigation in the Global South

Rika Fajrini presented our work at a workshop on biodiversity litigation, hosted by University of Antwerp (11 March 2022). This global, online workshop explored efforts to use liability litigation to address pressing issues of socio-biological harm, with examples from Indonesia, China, India, South Africa and Brazil, among others.
